1.1 Who we are

1.2 Our reseller: Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
1.3 The Service
The Service proves that a digital file existed at a point in time and has not changed since. The fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) of your file is computed in your browser and registered with independent timestamping services (OpenTimestamps). Your file itself is never uploaded. You can then download a PDF proof report with a QR verification link. Checking a proof is always free.
1.4 What you can buy
Digital products only: single PDF proof reports, handover-pack reports, credit packs, Pro and Office subscriptions, formal verification reports, public Open Ledger records and a recorded online course, as listed with prices on the Pricing page and in the Shop. Products are delivered by email as a licence code, normally immediately and at the latest within one working day. No cryptocurrency, tokens or financial products are sold.
1.5 Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
1.6 Nature and limits of the proof
A proof is not a notarisation or a qualified electronic timestamp. Courts and other parties weigh it as evidence at their discretion. It does not prove what a photo shows or where it was taken. No outcome of any dispute is guaranteed. Proofs remain valid and checkable with open-source tools even if the Service closes.
1.7 Acceptable use
You must not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe the rights of others, or to create misleading evidence.
1.8 Liability and law
Except for intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country. Turkish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
2. Refund policy
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.
- Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A refund for the first payment is available within 14 days.
- If a product does not work as described, you get a full refund.
- To request a refund, contact Paddle via paddle.net or write to info@gepara.com with your order number. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
3. Privacy policy
- Your files: never leave your device. Only an irreversible SHA-256 fingerprint is sent to the OpenTimestamps servers; it contains no personal data.
- Orders: payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record under its own privacy notice. We receive your name or organisation, email, country and order details from Paddle, and use them only to deliver your purchase, provide support and meet legal obligations (invoices are kept for 10 years as Turkish law requires).
- No tracking: the site uses no ads, trackers or cookies. Language and price-region choices are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and fonts load from Google Fonts; these services keep standard server logs.
- Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at info@gepara.com; we reply within 30 days.
